Manage your locations

For:OwnerAdmin2 min readAll plansUpdated Sep 28, 2026
The owner or an admin handles this

As staff you can see the locations and their details on the web dashboard, but not add, edit or delete them.

If your business has more than one place, each location gets its own tab in Business, with its own address and opening hours. From there you add new locations and delete the ones you no longer use.

When you're done, you'll be able to
  • Switch between your locations with the Business tabs
  • Edit each location's address and opening hours
  • Add a new location from its Google listing
  • Delete a location you no longer use

Pick a location from the tabs

In Business, each location has its own tab. The first one is always Main Location; the others carry each location’s name. Click a tab to see and edit that location.

Edit each location's address and hours

On each tab, the Location (its name and address) and the Schedule belong to that location. The business details, like the name, description or logo, are the same on every tab.

Make your changes and click Save: it saves the location you have open. Complete your business details covers each section.

Save before you switch tabs

If you move to another location with unsaved changes, those changes are lost.

Add a location

Click Add Location. The same search as registration opens: find the new location on Google, or paste the Google Maps link that Share gives you. Check the name and category, then click Continue. You don’t need a logo: the location uses your business’s.

Lola confirms the location was added, and the new location shows up in its own tab.

Premium plan

In Lola’s plans, Free includes 1 location and Premium includes several. Compare them in Settings › Plan & billing.

Delete a location you no longer use

Open the location’s tab and, at the end of the form, click Delete Location. Lola confirms the location was deleted, and the tab goes away.

The button is disabled on the Main Location: your business always needs a main location.

There's no confirmation

The location is deleted as soon as you click the button. Make sure you’re on the right tab first.
