Invite your team
Invite your admins and staff by email, each with their own role. They get a link and a code to join your business on Lola, and you can see who accepted and who hasn't.
- Invite someone by email with the right role
- Explain to your invitee how to accept with their link or code
- Revoke or resend pending invites
- Remove access for someone who no longer works with you
Go one step at a time. Mark each one as you do it in the dashboard.
Open Team in Settings
In the menu, click Settings and scroll down to Team. It shows who can access your business on Lola, with their role, and the invites that haven’t been accepted yet.

- Pending invites
Inviting and managing your team is part of Premium. On the Free plan you can see the list, but instead of inviting you get Your team, with Premium and an Upgrade to Premium button.
Enter the email and pick the role
Click Invite, or Invite someone if you don’t have a team yet. Enter the person’s Email, pick their Role and click Send invite:
- Owner: everything, including the plan and team roles.
- Admin: runs the business, its customers and campaigns, and the staff.
- Staff: gives stamps, redeems rewards and serves your customers.
Team roles explains what each one can do. Once it’s sent you’ll see Invite sent to and the email.
- Role
- Send invite
The owner can invite any role. An admin can only invite staff: Owner and Admin show as disabled for them.
Your invitee accepts the invite
The person gets an email with a link and a code that starts with LOLA-. They have to sign in to Lola with that same email. Opening the link takes them to Team invite:
- If they’re not signed in, they click I have an account: sign in or Create an account with this email. When they’re done, they land back on the invite.
- Once signed in, they see which email they’re using and click Accept invite. If that’s not their account, they click Not me, sign out.
Lost the link? On the business registration screen they can click I have an invite code, type the code and click Use code. Once they accept, they see You’re now part of and your business’s name.
- The invite code
- I have an account: sign in
- Create an account with this email
The invite only works with the email you sent it to. And someone who already owns a business on Lola can’t join another one with the same account yet.
Keep track of pending invites
Pending invites shows who you invited, with which role, and their status. Each invite lasts 7 days: while it’s Pending it shows when it expires, and after that it turns Expired.
- Revoke cancels a pending invite: the code you sent stops working.
- Resend shows up on an expired invite: it opens the invite with the email and role already filled in, and when you send it, it goes out with a new code.
The owner manages every invite; an admin, only staff invites.
- Pending, with its expiry date
- Revoke
- Expired
- Resend
Remove someone's access
Under Members, click the three-dot menu (Actions) next to the person and choose Remove access. Confirm with Remove access. They can no longer access your business on Lola; the stamps and redemptions they recorded stay in the history.
The owner can remove anyone; an admin, only staff. Your own row, marked You, has no menu.
- Your row, no menu
- Actions menu
Invites expire after 7 days. Resend sends them a new invite with a different code; the one from the first email no longer works.
