Customize your App Clip and share your code

In the dashboard menu, click App Clip. The page has five parts: identity, welcome message, stamp card, links and your code. On the right, the Preview shows how customers see you and updates as you type.

Identity shows your logo, name and address. Those are edited in Business; here you only choose the App Clip location. If you have several locations, the one you pick changes the name, address and links shown. If you don’t pick one, the default location is used.

It’s the first thing customers read after scanning. Your message takes up to 160 characters; if you’re stuck, click Use the suggested message.

Once you have a message, you can sign it in Signed by (up to 40 characters). The signature shows above the message as A message from Marco. If you leave the message empty, we show a Lola message with your business name, and it isn’t signed.

The App Clip’s Stamp card is your loyalty card, with its colors, icon and rewards. Here you only see a summary; to change it, click Edit card. If you don’t have a card yet, the App Clip still works, but without its main part: you’ll see Create my loyalty card.

In Links in the App Clip you turn on the location’s links and catalogs you want to show, up to 4. The order is fixed: your social and contact links first, then your catalogs. The link addresses are edited in Business.

When you change something, You have unsaved changes. shows at the bottom. Click Save to publish them or Discard to go back to what you last saved. Customers see the new version in under a minute.

Your code and link holds your business’s QR code. It’s one code for everyone: on iPhone it opens the App Clip instantly, and on Android or in a browser it opens the same card on the web.

• Download QR (PNG) or Download QR (SVG) to print it for the counter or the menu. The SVG scales up without losing quality.
• Copy copies the link so you can share it on social media or WhatsApp.
• Try it on my phone opens the link so you see what your customers see.
